CLEVELAND, Ohio - The wildfire smoke from Canada has finally cleared Cleveland, but how long will it last?

The wildfire and smoke map from the Canadian website firesmoke.ca showed the smoke clearing over Cleveland and points to the west at 10 a.m. Saturday, with the clearing steadily moving east.

Forecasting ahead for the weekend, the smoke is expected to be well out of the area soon.

That doesn’t mean, however, that Cleveland is done for long with smoke from the wildfires in Canada to the north.

It’s supposed to be back on Monday, to some extent.

See the maps below for the forecasts for early Sunday and Monday. Interactive updates can be found at firesmoke.ca.
