CLEVELAND, Ohio — After being shut out for 21 days, rain is back on the scoreboard on Northeast Ohio.

Showers started late Sunday afternoon and forecasters with the National Weather Service say 1.5 to 2 inches of rain are possible by early Monday afternoon. It was coming down steadily Sunday night and could hit that mark.
